Gia’s Giraffes for Zapier
Trigger Zaps from gift claims, deliveries and thank-yous, and send gifts from a Zap.
What it does in Zapier
The Gia’s Giraffes Zapier app connects with an API key. Hear about every gift in the tool where you work, and personalize links or send gifts from a Zap.
- Triggers: GG Link Claimed, Gift Opened, Gift Accepted, Gift Delivered, Thank-You Received, Meeting Booked, Meeting Canceled and Video Reply Received.
- Actions: Create GG Link, Personalize GG Link for a Contact (name, email, company and campaign), and Send Gift to a Contact.
- Search: Find Gift History, every gift sent to an email, with totals.
- A test key makes a test connection: its triggers only see test data and its actions never charge, order or text.
Connect Zapier
The Zapier app isn’t in Zapier’s public directory yet. Ask us for an invite, or use webhooks in the meantime.
- In Gia’s Giraffes, open Settings → Developers → API keys and create a key. A Test key is the safe start.
- Contact us for an invite to the Gia’s Giraffes Zapier app. Then in a Zap, pick Gia’s Giraffes and paste your key.
- Turn a Zap on and it subscribes to that one event; you’ll see the endpoint in Developers → Webhooks. Turning the Zap off removes it.
- No invite yet? Add a Zapier webhook URL as an endpoint in Developers → Webhooks and tick the events you want.
API keys and webhooks are part of Pro.
Pro is $19.99 per user per month.
Start with a 14-day free trial. The gifts you send are priced separately, all-in.
Zapier questions
Why isn’t it in Zapier’s directory?
Zapier lists an app publicly once enough people use it with live Zaps. Until then it’s available by invite, with the same triggers and actions.
Can a replayed Zap send a gift twice?
Not if you map a CRM record id into the Idempotency key on Send Gift to a Contact: the same key only ever creates one gift.
Can I try it without spending anything?
Yes. Connect with a test key: its triggers only see test data and its actions never charge, order or text.
Which plan do I need?
Gia’s Giraffes Pro: the API and webhooks are Pro features.
