What it does in Pipedrive
Gia’s Giraffes sends real gifts from independent brands to your prospects and customers. The recipient picks the gift and adds their own address, so you never need it, and you pay only for gifts that are accepted.
- Import the people you choose: the ones you own, everyone, or the people in one saved filter. Keep them in sync every 6 hours.
- See every gift step on the person and their open deal as a done activity: sent, opened, accepted, shipped, delivered and thank-you.
- Gift when a deal is won or reaches a stage you pick, or create a one-time GG Link for the deal’s person, logged on the deal. Approval is on by default: each gift waits for your OK, and you can switch that off for a rule.
- Ask the recipient to book a meeting before the gift ships.
- It never writes a recipient’s address to Pipedrive and never changes existing people, organizations or deals.

- In Gia’s Giraffes, open Settings → Integrations and click Connect on the Pipedrive tile.
- Sign in to Pipedrive and allow access.
- Choose which people to import (people you own, everyone, or one saved filter) and click Import contacts.
- Leave “Log gifts to the timeline” on to see each gift step as a done activity on the person and their deal.
- Optional: click “Gift when a deal reaches a stage” to send a gift, or a one-time GG Link, when a deal is won or reaches a stage.

How are deal changes picked up?
Deals are checked every 10 minutes. Won counts as a stage, listed as “Won” at the end of each pipeline.
What does it add to Pipedrive?
A done activity on the person and their deal for each gift step, and a person only when you send a gift to an email Pipedrive doesn’t have. A gift’s value is added only if the account owner turns that on.
Can I approve each automated gift?
Yes. Approval is on by default: each gift waits for your OK, and you can switch that off for a rule. With it off, gifts go out on their own after a heads-up you can cancel.
